Well,I'm a warm-hearted affectionate,passionate guy that doesn't take life too seriously. My workmates would add: efficient,versatile and dependable. Who am I to argue with their considered judgement! When I relax at home(my sanctuary from the rat race)I usually spend my time surfing the net,watching t.v. or listening to music.(Not exactly an Indiana Jones lifestyle but I have no stress.)However,I make an effort to exercise daily and,in the main,consume healthy foods.(I draw the line at cottage cheese though.It tastes like jellied water.)
