About me
I always say that we live once and that I will rest whilst in grave. I have lots of energy when it comes to learn new things, meet new people, see new places. This world is too beautifull and there are too many things to experience to let them just pass by. I'm adventurous and creative spirit, a bit of a poetic type.
I like stories with open endings that can be shaped by imagination. So I don't assume that any relation started on this web site ends this or that way. You never know what tomorrow brings. So if you want to meet someone new and talk, just leave me a message, we'll see what comes from this :)
Ah, I'm sorry that only one picture and not the best one. But the best one I was able to find fast. I will post more when I get some decent camera ;P
I'm moving to new place at the moment and might be offline for a while. So if you've sent me a message and I didn't repply, it probably means that I'm not online yet.

About me
- Where I liveDescribe your area or region in your own words. What do you like/dislike about your area? I like sea being close, foghorns of ships in the harbour, watching liners coming here, standing on the pier when it rains, trees blossoming in parks, watching seagulfs or squirrels fighting for a piece of burger, streets full of people on friday night... I don't like complete lack of interest in heritage, that British Heritage sentenced Calshot Castle to death, that City Council can't even use these medieval buildings left in this city to attract tourists, using malls as turistic attraction...
- Do you want to stay there?Do you want to stay in your area forever or maybe move to another area or even country in the future? If so, where could you imagine to live? Who knows what live brings. I'm not thinking about relocating now, but if I do, I would like to stay close to the sea.
- Your perfect partnerPlease describe your perfect partner! Perfect partner or perfect relationship doesn't exist unless one works for it. All people are different, and even if one thinks that the other person is just perfect, second half of the apple and so on... Well, makes the biggest mistake in life. Nothing is granted for free, especially perfection.
Stuff I like
- What are you interests/hobbies?Have you got any specfic interests or hobbies? Are you interested in a specific area or subject? All depends on the mood. I always loved horse riding, but now don't have occasion for it. I like travelling, seeing new places and meeting new people. I'm not much up to clubing and such stuff, altough with right partner it can be fun. I also try to read as much as possible. Sometimes I like just to sit with mug of good tea, listening to the music.
- MusicWhat sort of music are you into? Do you go to live gigs? Do you go to concerts, operas or musicals? Sometimes I go to gigs and concerts. Not very often, but I have nothing against. And music is very important to me, but there is no single type of music I like. Basically it needs to have spirit in it, paint pictures in my mind. So it can be really anything from melodic metal to New Age. If it's good, it's good, no matter what is the genre. I am not a big fan of techno or disco music though. I can understand people who like it, but I'm not one of them.
- Your fav tv seriesWhat are your favourite tv series you would love to watch with your perfect partner? I remember when I saw "Robin of Sherwood" by the first time when I was the kid. With Clannad in the background... It was a blast, I like to return to it from time to time. Generally I like comedy series, like Monthy Python, Blackadder, Fawlty Towers. Anything what is made with humour and intelligence.
- Your fav books/authorsWhat are your favourite authors, books and types of books? Do you read at all? How important would it be that your partner reads the same books? This is hard question. Types of books depend on the mood (again! :D). But there is actually no genre better or worse. Good book is good book, period! One day I can read Art of War, another Poe and another Silmarillion. I can read pretty fast, so if I am given the chance, I can truly swallow books. Partner should read, that's for sure. Doesn't have to read the same books. The fact of people reading these days is enough miraculous :) If the partner writes, that's better yet.
- What sort of movies do you like? What sort of movies do you like and which ones don't you like? This is important if you should go to the movies on the first date... Similar to books and music, I like movies that have some content, some story to tell. It can be epic story and can be nice tiny picture, just and impression. I'm not up to horrors or shooters or most of pulp Holywood serves these days. They made some good moovies there, but generally I prefer European cinematography. I also like some movies created by Kurosava.
- Types of people you like?Have you noticed what personality traits you like? What kind of people do you come along most easily? In the presence of which people do you feel most comfortable? People who are open minded, who do not close themselves in small cubicles, who do not judge others knowing nothing about them. People who can think and who respect others. I don't like conceited people, who overestimate their intellect and think they are the centre of the universe, with overgrown ego. I don't like people with minds locked with solid padlocks, like all rascists, shovinists, religious fanatics and generally those, who think they have monopoly for truth.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Have you got a specific taste as far as look is concerned? Or does the outer appearance of a person mean nothing to you? Be honest... Generally I pay no attention to guys (or not much), so obviously I don't find them attractive. And women... I admit I have problems with taking my eyes off women with mixed blood in their veins. But actually, when I think about it, as long as the woman knows how to take care of herself and her health, it doesn't matter what is her ethnic origin. True beauty is hidden inside anyway, and altough sometimes alignment may influence the looks, I've learned not to judge people after their appearance. If I know nothing about some person, I have no right for judgment.
- FoodWhat type of food do you like? Which restaurants to you go to and which ones do you avoid? Do you like cooking? Should your partner be able to cook? What does food mean to you? Have you got a British or French attitude towards eating? I like cooking myself whan I have occasion, but also like going to restaurants. I try to avoid trash food (altough fish'n'chips or kebab from time to time doesn't hurt). Good meal for me contains lots of fresh vegetables, white meat or fish or fruits of the sea. I'm not a big fan of red meat, but if it's barbecue, I won't be picky :D Actually I can eat everything, and what's funny, no matter how much I eat and what, I simply can't get more weight lol.
- DrinksAre you a sort of Father Jack, do you just get pissed once in a while or are you a strict non-alcoholic? Do you have a predelicton for certain types of drinks/juices? I can drink even pure vodka. No problem. But why? I don't like to get totally wasted, that's sure. Wine, candles and dinner is what I definetely prefer than drinking contest in the pub. I like that nice feeling of blood circulating a bit faster in my veins, but I prefer to know what I'm doing.
- HolidaysWhat sort of holiday do you like? Where have you been so far? What are your next destinations? Or does maybe travelling mean nothing to you and you prefer to stay @ home ? Not planned holidays are the best. Going just somewhere where I haven't been yet. It can be the just another city and can be different country. It doesn't matter, every place can be interesting and every place is unique. It also depends who's my companion on such holiday.
- PetsWhats your favourite pet or animal? Or do you hate pets? I have absolutely nothing against pets. I like cats, dogs, everything. I also love horses, as I mentioned before, their strength, speed and freedom. If I had to choose favourite animal, I would choose two: wolf and hawk.
- Fav thingWhats's your favourite posession? Haha! What a question. Posessions do not matter. All things are replacable, what we should care for are people, not things.
- Fav PlaceWhat's your favourite place? It's more important WHO is in this place, not where it is. I have many places I like. My favourite would be probably any fireplace with interesting person :)
- What's your favourite radio station ?Is there a radio station you listen to regularly or do you maybe not listen to the radio at all ? Not really, I usually set my playlist myself. I listen to the radio extremely rare.
- What's your favourite tv station ?If you could only have one tv channel, which one would it be? I don't watch tv actually at all. Life is to short and there are many more interesting things to do :) If I had to choose one channel it would be Discovery.
- What's your favourite drink?Do you have favourite drink? (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) Tea. Preferably Yunan, made in teapot with heater. No sugar, no milk, can be with some vanilla, cardamom or other spices (I blend it myself from time to time). I also like semi-dry red wine and from time to time good ale. Oh, and single malt. I love it! Specially Oban.
- What's your favourite food?Is there anything you like in particular? Everything grilled I think. Plus olives, I react on them like Pavlov's dog on the sound of bell lol.
- What are your favourite activities? What sort of activities do you like? Camping, music festivals, gym, football, aviation....or something else? Watching the world around, listening to the music, walking in the rain, hanging out with someone cool. Some unusual sports, but didn't have many occasions for this lately. I was running in the past, few miles every evening, but I got bored doing it alone.
My attitude
- Family lifeDo you want to have a traditional family? What about the traditional roles in a marriage? Can you imagine to marry after all or do you think you want to lead a single life forever with lots of short-term relationships? Traditional family with traditional roles definetely NO. It's boring. I'm not thinking about any long term relationship, but if anything like this is going to happen, I'm definetely interested in partnership, not any traditional patriarchate or such crap.
- Jobs&WorkingWhat does your job mean to you? Do you just work for the money or is your job your hobby? Are you carreer-oriented? I am not career oriented. Sometimes I had to work just for money, and have no illusions that I'll probably have to do it in the future. It's pretty hard to feed on wind and starlight. I'm not very happy with my current job, but happens. Already preparing myself for another one and it will be also the hobby.
- MoneyWhat does money mean to you? Would you like to have lots of money or lots of friends if you had to decide? To many friends means no friends. But I'm not saying that money are more important. Ammount of both should be just accurate.
- PoliticsAre you interested in politics? Do you support a specific party? What do you think of the European Union? A blessing or a curse? I'm not really interested in politics. Which doesn't mean that I have no opinions. What's sure is that I don't like extreme views. I belive in common sense basically. EU can be the best thing that happened to Europe since the times of Roman Empire. But it needs more strength and even more unification. In my opinion it should be really one political organism. It can do lots of good to British minds.
