Travel was easier before central Asia became a battle ground and it was possible to travel overland through countries like Syria, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan. I climbed in the Himalayas and after that magical experience life could never be quite the same! If we can fly a Man or Women or Monkey or Ants to another planet (the moon) then why are we not walking on water. With either a float/ arm band underneath your feet structured to the surface of the water with ski poles equivilent for support or hydrolic implementation.
Interchangeable shoes. Possibly a deal with Nike, Addidas, or a big shoe company like Clarks in UK. Where a layer can be peeled off possibly with Velcro attachment. The universal (male/ female) trainers could be white and when the layer is peeled off it could be black etc. The universal shoes could be Black and when peeled off could be brown, Cream, red, pink etc. It does not have to just be colour contrast it could be material/ fabric/ texture contras...
