About me
- Where I liveI live in sunny Belfast, Northern Ireland. It's got a bad reputation, but none of it's true, we're mostly great people! I finally got on the property ladder 2 years ago, and hopefully I'll stay on it.
- Where are you originally from?I'm from a village just outside Antrim, about 15 miles from Belfast. I moved to Belfast when I was 18.
- Do you want to stay there?When I learn to drive and change my job, then I may consider something a little less central, and I'd rent this place out instead.
- What is your occupation?During the week, I work for the NHS as IT support, it passes the time until the weekend when I become.... DIY man! Well, actually it's more a gardening job, but I'd turn my hand to anything when working for my dad.
- What have you done so far?Used to work in the cinema in Antrim, doing pretty much everything, from doorman to projectionist. Also worked in a garage, restraunt, and computer shop.
- What are your future plans?To keep going and see what's round the next corner, and hope I'm pleasantly surprised.
- Your perfect partnerMy perfect match would have to like cats, my last two girlfriends didn't and I think that's where I've gone wrong. It would be nice if she was a girl geek, but I've resigned myself to the fact they're all taken. Sick of reading about girls who love dancing and fun nights out clubbing. I'm not fussed on dancing, and these days, standing outside a club, pissed, waiting for a taxi, just isn't my idea of fun. I prefer goin out for a meal, then to the cinema.... Hell I'd even give going to a theatre a try for something different.

- What are you interests/hobbies?I love to watch a good movie, I'm open to any genre, but of course I enjoy a good action flick, and a comedy, but I also like films with a story, like Shawshank Redemption or Saving Private Ryan.
- MusicI'd listen to most things that have a tune. Not too fond of the whole techno/dance/rave thing.
- Your fav tv seriesHouse MD, Hustle, Spooks, Dresden Files, CSI, Life on Mars, Stargate.
- What sort of movies do you like?I like all sorts of films, ever since I worked in the cinema I can sit down and watch/appreciate most movies.
- Types of people you like?Anyone with a sense of humour, and a gentle personality. Someone whose idea of fun doesn't include getting wasted for the night.
- FoodI enjoy cooking, and try to cook something different each week. But when you live alone, your options are limited. (A good reason to come say hi, I'll cook you something nice)
- DrinksI used to drink a lot more than was good for me, but now that I've got old, I prefer the occasional casual drink. Don't see the point in going out to get hammered and feel rubbish the next day.
- PetsI have two cats, Spud and Mojo. I always say that a cat is a good judge of character. If you don't like cats, just move along, because I wouldn't give these two guys up for anything.
- Fav thingMy house, I worked hard for it, and I'm still working to make it look nicer.
- Fav PlaceAny quiet coffee shop, cinema, or place where my mates are.
