- What is your occupation?Production editor for an academic publisher
- What have you done so far?engineering, including a spell in the RAF
- What are your future plans?The future's up for grabs so who knows
- Your perfect partnerA girl with a brain and opinions, an easy laugh, likes to rough it a little now and again, camping, walking etc but also likes pubs, bars, galleries. Not overweight but active. You'll probably enjoy clothes and shoe shopping. Someone to escape at weekends with on the bike.

- What are you interests/hobbies?trying to write my first novel, (Death Wish meets Nick Hornby, and slow progress), photography, books, cinema, the outdoors.
- MusicMainly rock but my iPod also contains pop, classical, instumental, country etc Don't like jazz.
- Your fav tv seriesAshes to Ashes, Top Gear, The Simpsons, The Apprentice
- Your fav books/authorsDon't care what my partner reads as long as they read something. My faves are Le Carre, Hornby, Neil Gaiman amongst many others
- What sort of movies do you like?Probably veer towards hollywood films-action/adventure but also like the odd arthouse or foreign film.
- Types of people you like?Optimistic, happy people who don't spend their whole life moaning
- What kind of people do you find attractive? looks are pretty superficial it's what's inside that counts, but as I enjoy hiking etc then you'll probably need to be in reasonable shape.
- FoodItalian, Indian, English. Not keen on Chinese and don't fancy sushi.
- DrinksMore of a wine drinker these days-red or white. In the pub I'll drink bitter and maybe lager on a hot summers day
- Holidaysmotorbike touring holidays-preferably France but Scotland's good, or the west country. Also like beach holidays and will happily loaf if I have a book to read.
