About me
This is scary, putting oneself out here, but when it is'nt happening by accident or design upto now. So its time to see if something can happen this way. I tend to be a bit reserved until I kinda just do something nuts. Try to balance things rather than be too much of any extreme. Shy, thoughtful and definately single chap, looking for a woman who is caring, open, and well adjusted. I've a odd sense of humour, and view the world rather differently from most. Friendship OK, but need more than that (I'm not a monk!), can be patient on the last if its going somewhere.....

About me
- Where I liveDorset, a lovely Shire, though we're supposed to call it a county. Apparently this is called progress, changing a perfectly good English term thats workded for a thousand years for something from French and Latin.
- Where are you originally from?As above, a Dorsetshire lad, and a Poolite.
- Do you want to stay there?I'd like to vist many places, from here to various parts of the globe, just could'nt list them all, maybe theres too many for one lifetime (or pocket?). Gotta interest in historic stuff.
- What are your future plans?Gods my first attempt at this bit sounded so pompous! Got to think of somthing better to say. Cheese....?
- Your perfect partnerKind, generous, warm, understanding, wise, someone who will be open and discuss things with me, confident, strong willed but open to reason. What the!!!! its superwoman! Hmmmmmmmmmm.....am I rasing the bar too high here?

- What are you interests/hobbies?Design I guess, currently how the systems of aircraft carriers interoperate part of a wider interest in military and technological systems. Gods that sounds so geeky! Human nature, how we think. I do the odd bit of art, lifedrawing etc...
- MusicToo broad a range, lets just say good music.
- Your fav tv seriesHas'nt been made, but I've a few ideas.
- Your fav books/authorsC.J Cherryh, and her Foreigner series of books.
- What sort of movies do you like?Errr movies with a plot, movies with acting, movies with a discernable storyline, though occaisionaly a gratuitous action film.
- Types of people you like?There are those, I get on with, not 'like' not 'love', but find that such things are possible, that we are at some level in tune, a pattern one fits with, like a jigsawpiece, a sense of rightness. There are others, I don't get on with, people who I'm not in tune to, people utterly alien, as if they contain a discordant note in a piece of music, like a fingernail down a blackboard, a sense of wrongness.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Pretty broad range on looks, but its all subjective I guess. White, Black, Yellow, Red, Big or small, fat or thin. They gotta look like a woman, have the hips, (hip/waist ratio effects me powefuly) and I've preference for a decent round bum. The face is wayyyyy to complex and involved an issue. But its all mainly down to how they move, stand and react to me.
- FoodItalian, Chinese, English, French, Indian all sorts really.
- DrinksNot a beer man, Cider yes, wine yes please. Coffee by the bucket but not tea.
- HolidaysItaly, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium. Would like to go to many far off places too many to mention. Have probably managed to insult and annoy people in every country I've been to, such is my never quite good enough language skills.
- PetsDogs are a problem for me.
- What's your favourite radio station ?I listen the radio every day at work, BBC1, 4, 6, the world service....frankly because my accursed digital radio can't get decent reception on anything but the beeb!
- What's your favourite food?Right now I have a thing for Calamari?
My attitude
- Family lifeFamily is important, I guess a bit traditional in outlook, though I would certainly do my share in any household task. Mutual support is what we do I guess.
- Jobs&WorkingI work to live, not live to work. Freetime is important, especialy when your job is not the most taxing mentaly.
- MoneyMoney is useful to gain and do some of the things I like to, lots of money would be security for the future. I may not earn loads, but on the other hand no debts.
- PoliticsThis subject is WAAAYYY too difficult. I'm not left, I'm not right, not liberal, not authoritarian, think Z axis instead.
