About me
Most say that I am reasonable looking and good fun but I am really quite shy in one to one situations. I am young for my age, slim and fit enough. I really believe in love but have not had much luck finding someone who really sticks at it. I love my kids to bits - they range from 8 to 21 and I share their care. I am a social worker and counsellor and love my work. I love travelling and get away most weekends when I can. I play guitar and sing for fun and sometimes publicly at charity events and festivals. I enjoy Karaoke as well. I like to change my image regularly but I not into ‘fashion’.
I am optimistic and determined. I am a bit of an idealist and a romantic I suppose. I am quite honest and direct in the main but try not to hurt people’s feelings. I tend to be trusting and often get ‘burned’, mates can wind me up because I am so gullible. I am looking to ‘re-charge’ my life a bit. Make new friends away from work, get involved and try out new things and find romance

About me
- Where I liveI live in Trowbrige, the county town of Wiltshire. I work in Wiltshire but my heart is in the south west generally.
- Where are you originally from?I am originally from Harrow, North West London.
- Do you want to stay there?I am not firmly attached to Wiltshire and like to travel around quite a bit. I would actually like to live in South West France or the mediteranian cost of Spain, Cost Blanca in particular
- What is your occupation?I am trained and experienced as a social worker, counsellor and therapist. I work with people with serious metal health problems, alcohl and drug issues, learning difficulties, or dementia.
- What have you done so far?I have worked as a social worker, counsellor and therapist mosy of my careet. I have also been a manager of social service resources, owned a Night Club, Cafe Bar, Pub / Hotel . I have also worked in IT, installing and maintaining Computers, providing IT support and writing software / designing web sites.
- What are your future plans?I intend to live my life with enthusiasm. To be myself and refuse to be moderated, or put down by anybody. I plan to develop my career and have a big influence in the quality of care to people who need social and emotional support. I Inten to promote 'Empowerment' in my work and as a Local Counsellor.
- Your perfect partnerMy perfect partner would be confident in themselves enough to know what they want from life and their partner but not egocentric as to be big headed. Someone who is considerate of others and enjoys and accepts her partner for who he is, without any great desire to change him. Some one who is lovely, loving and beautiful in a simple artistic way. She would be slim and suple, or rounded and full bodied but fit and cudly. Her personality would compensate for any lack in physical perfection and her sensuality and gentle affection would overide any failings in character. She would be lovable and loving, experienced in life but not allowing this to jade her. Optomistic in spite of the trials and disapointments in life. She would be forgiving of small failings and value the qualities that are most important ot her.

- What are you interests/hobbies?I play 12 string Guitar and sing. I like Folk, Country, Blues and Rock. I just like to sing for my own and othjers enjoyment. I like to move people to tears; happy-sad and tear of joy. I love to travel and spend most of my time in my Motorised Caravan. I have kids that I love to buts and we travel whenever we can.
- MusicJust about any music but mostly from the 50, 60,70, and 80's. I like some more recent melodic and rock music. I enjoy rock, punk, blues, country, folk, protest and pop. I also like some clasical music, including some good opera.

- What sort of movies do you like?Science Fiction and Thrillers
- Types of people you like?Anybody who is kind, interesting, caring, lovable, affectionate, honest ............
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Artistically beautiful people slim through to full bodied. People who have character, personality, are affectionate and sensuous.
- FoodEuropean food and styles of eating. Asian food. Italian, Spannish and French food turns me on most.
- DrinksA little red wine, Good coffee and some fruit drinks that are well prepared. Occasional cocktails at special functions and good Champaign on very special occasions.
- HolidaysEvery chance I can get from a week end /long weekend, up to about three weeks. I love to be on the move and I like to be spontaineous. I love to pull in and stay somewhere away from the holiday crouds, amoungst local people.
- PetsI love animals but dont 'keep' any of my own.
- Fav thingMy 12 String Guitar and the IT / technology that I use to make and listen to music and take videos and pictures
- Fav PlaceCarcassonne and Narbonne, in Southern France. Marina and most towns in Costablanca. Tangiers, Marakesh, Marroco in general. Heidleberg in Germany. I would love to see Asia, USA and South Amenrica.
My attitude
- Family lifeKids are my life and soul. i would die for them. Brothers an sister I helped survive to adulthood. they get on for themselves now. Kids have to grow up and leave. Thats how it is.
- Jobs&WorkingMy job is incredible, when I cant get work I do it for nothing and I have done is for crap pay at times. I have taken a pay cut to make the job more enjoyable, fullfilling and effective.
- Moneyhane to earn it to give the kiids an adequate life withing which they can thrive, lear and get experience
- PoliticsI am political, always have been. I am now standing for local elections. I know I can do better than most of those plonkers and I a now willing to prove it. Vote for me
