Wow… now I know why you can’t meet anyone in a pub anymore, everyone’s on-line! So many broken hearts looking for a home, I had no idea until I clicked on this site. I wouldn’t mind some advice I think I‘m going to need it! this is the first place I’ve looked and it’s daunting. ‘hello is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me is there anyone home’ lol, for anyone who got that will know at least one genre of music I like, so that’s a start I guess. anyway… God, I’m not going to enjoy trying to sell myself on here cos’ people could quite easily think they are on a Tesco shop walking down endless aisles looking for that perfect new ‘shiny’ squeezed between the now out of date dust covered foot shuffling, numb bummed hordes awaiting selection and to hear long overdue words you’ll do for dinner, I think I’ll fit in there nicely with the rest of the shelf dwellers. Lol I do hope some people here will be realistic but the cynic in me doubts it.lol ;-)

I have been no my own 10 months now, not that long compared to some I guess but it’s well boring, so it’s time to try this out. anyway I hope there are so nice people on here, a date would be great but you can never have enough friends I guess. I haven’t looked around this site much yet but the little I’ve seen looks good I hope there is poetry on here, I am writing one about ‘break up and lost’ that may be of some interest to someone on here if there is a place to post. God… that sounds cheery! maybe I will do a rethink! apart from the poetry I’m a normal kind of bloke really, honest! it just won’t let me sleep till I write down what’s in my head it’s a nightmare. I have never told anyone I write before, this must be what it’s feels like coming out the closet lol, it feels strangely liberating if not a little weird. p.s I’m Gary by the way hope to hear from you maybe! wish I had put ‘the happy shopper’ down as my user name now, or ‘every little helps’ though it probably may not of gone down very well, I can see it could send the wrong message if you haven’t a sense of humour. lol ;-)
