About me
- Where I liveN.Ireland. It's that little place just to your west. It's ok. 3 points of note(just for future reference, might come in handy in a pub quiz) 1.No we dont have our own currency, its still sterling 2.No we're not in a different timezone 3.Potato hoarding is ACTUALLY a crime here punishable by pubic flogging 4.We can neither spell nor count. Did ya see what I did there? No...ok...go away.
- Do you want to stay there?Its not killing me living here, like I said its ok, but I would like to live somewhere warm in the summer and cold in the winter.
- What is your occupation?I work with (YAWN) computers and that internet thinggy :-). Nothing creative mind.
- What have you done so far?I was a chef for a bit a long long time ago. Nothing of particular note apart from helping to raise two very well adjusted and intelligent kids both of whom have an exceptional sense of humour(just like their dad all round then)
- What are your future plans?Too be honest, I'm happy getting though each day as it comes.
- Your perfect partnerIntelligent.Funny.Knows her own mind.Optimistic but realistic.Believes there are 4 glasses of wine in a bottle because it's for sharing.Says what she means....well this is kinda a wish list ain't it.
Stuff I like
- What are you interests/hobbies?At the minute I haven't got a lot of free time to myself. I enjoy playing poker (who doesn't these days?)and am getting quite good. Record so far is coming first in a tournament of 1615 players. Class! Music, reading, cimena, swimming. Hmmmm not sure I'd go for me after reading that bit.
- MusicGot a very varied music collection. Would rather have music playing than the tv on. Highlights of my musical life so far have been seeing The Velvet Underground play Wembley Arena in '93 and seeing Faithless a couple of years ago in Belfast. Going to see The Killers and Snow Patrol at the end of the summer.Should be good. When the kids get up a bit I will take them to Glastonbury.
- Your fav tv seriesCouldn't follow Lost but had to watch it anyway. Thought Prison Break was good. I think Gok Wan is secretly perving on all those women but admire his audacity and cunning.
- What sort of movies do you like?Love having the absolute sh*te scared out of me so horror. Although a good crime/drama is hard to beat. Suspose, thinking about it though, I like pretty much all sorts.
- Types of people you like?Ones that u can actually have a conversation with. People that can challenge me and tell me when I'm wrong (of course that IS a very rare occurence.) People that can have a laugh at themselves. And again too be honest, people who are as slightly twisted as me.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Attractive ones??? Yes I know but thats a difficult question and I'm sorta getting bored doing this. May come back to it.
- FoodMy kids say I make the best pancakes in the world. So it must be true. I like all sorts just not lemon chicken. Whats that about? If I had a chicken and a lemon the chicken would be in the oven and the lemon would be in my gin and tonic. Simple. Oh and I don't like cabbage or brussel sprouts(they're just little cabbages anyway)

- HolidaysBeen pretty lucky and got to travel a fair bit. Still there's no place like home. Now will someone please find my Ruby Slippers :-)

My attitude
- Jobs&WorkingIf its meant to happen it will. Always keep a little back so u can be seen to do a bit more when the pressure is on. Oh and there's no point in working hard/late if no ones there to see it.
- MoneyA necessary evil. It makes lifes little jokes easier to cope with.And really if I did win the lottery no I won't want to keep my job and no I wouldn't get bored.
- PoliticsPolitics is great. Wish I could get a job like that. Getting paid for doing sweet F.A. Bundle of absolute tossers, every last one of them.
