About me
Hi, I have been separated now for 6 years, Divorced for 6 months. I enjoy all the usual stuff. I read, listen to music, films, theatre etc. etc. I swim when I can but since I prefer to swim outdoors that tends to happen mostly when I am abroad. I am fairly well traveled having visited a number of European countries and America both for work and pleasure. I'm up for most things. I try not to take life too seriously but like most people some things do matter and will get me down. I've been around long enough to know that even though the personal columns are littered with people with/looking for a GSOH, there are in fact other things that happen to matter more. Honesty, integrity and compassion for starters. Life teaches you the value of these. I was a painfully shy child and that meant that not enough of my youth was misspent. More regrets for the things I didn't do than anything that I did. I tend to keep that in mind these days!
