About me
Well I'm a nice and fairly quiet guy, nothing special really (wait, sod that. I am a really nice guy, I'm honest, don't lie, cheat or bully people, I'm loyal and kind. These days that is kind of unusual).
I could not be the slightest bit interested in trends and fads or anything "popular" (not just because I have no idea how contemporary culture works) and place great value on standing on my own two feet, and making my own mind up about things.
I have a really calm and relaxed personality,... I live with two mad cats on my own and don't really have any roots or friends in Fermanagh,... so I'm looking to meet someone nice who I can really feel relaxed with, as a great friend first and hopefully more.
So if you are a sweet and nice girl whose tastes tend towards fine red wine rather than vodka and red bull, then I'd like to hear from you. (Clarification: I don't mean this literally, it's more of a methaphor)

About me
- Where I liveI live in rural Fermanagh,.. it's pretty, it's got lakes, but I prefer Kildare and Wicklow with the mountains, plains and woodlands. Bouth a nice house almost a year ago,... and while it's not perfect,... I guess I'm here to stay.
- Where are you originally from?Loads of places,... but my family home is Wicklow/ Kildare,... hills, woods, countryside etc. Beautiful
- Do you want to stay there?I guess I'm stuck here now, duty called, I answered and this is where they sent me.
- What is your occupation?it's interesting, it's not bad paying, it's sometimes dangerous, sometimes exciting, but it's often repetitive and stressful. But it's what I want to do.
- What have you done so far?I have worked with computers and with the military in the past.
- What are your future plans?Well apart from tweaking everything,.... yea, I am doing what I want to do,... I'm living where I'll likely remain, but I've discovered that it's no fun on your own. I needed to be on my own to get where I am today, and I could not have been with someone with what I was doing before.
- Your perfect partnerSomeone sweet, thoughtful, who notices the little details, intelligent, kind, effeminate.... Mary Poppins lol? She would have to be cute,... ideally a bit unique, and definately quirky and sometimes silly. Definately not loud and obnoxious and butch!!

My attitude
- Family lifeGod knows,... I always supposed it would be an organic thing,... you know,.. it develops rather than is pre-planned
- Jobs&WorkingIt's my dream job,... it pisses me off a lot sometimes,... but it dictates virtually everything in my life, from where I live to who I can socialise with. It's important and it's not something I can walk away from. It's definately a life career.
- MoneyMoney is for spending, I only need it for things I need. So, no I don't live for money.
- PoliticsI can not be involved with politics due to my work, but I tend to believe in a compromise in politics. I think you have to have social responsibility, but also can't pawn responcibility for everything to government. We have several generations of people that won't do anything for themselves because the state does everything for them, social welfare, social housing and social care, now they are helpless and can't even make decisions for themselves. With regards to law and order, I think personal morality is just that, personal,... but believe the justice system is a complete joke and is letting down the public big time.
