About me
- Where I liveWell I have just moved from York to Bishops Tachbrook, a small village just outside Leamington Spa. It's a very nice place, however it is a bit too quiet for my tastes, that combinded with the fact I know literally no-one around here sucks, a lot.
- Where are you originally from?Well i was originally born in Solihull in Birmingham, moved to Portsmouth when my parents split and then lived in York for around 8 years. I love York, it has everything i needed including good mates, plenty of things to do both during the day and night. My only real issue with York was the traffic, there are jams almost anywhere you go.
- Do you want to stay there?The only real reason I am living where i am is because i managed to get this apprenticeship with Aston Martin and my dad happens to work for Land Rover on the same site, making it convenient for me. I will go wherever this job takes me as it is what i have alwys wanted, even if it means moving to Germany where the engine building and development takes place.
- What is your occupation?As I said above, I'm a first year apprentice for Aston Martin. I took it right after getting out of school so it was quite a shock going from normal 9 'till half 3 days to half 6 'till half 4. Still, it is like a dream come ture, i never imagined that i would be working here, i mean 1500 people nationwide applied and they only took on 2 of us, so I'm chuffed about that! Currently I am working on the new model launch team, working on prototype vehicles which wont be released to the public for months, even years (inluding production versions of the DBS Bond Car)
- What have you done so far?Hmmmmm in short, all Ihave done is school, did well in my GCSE's, 1 A*, 3 A's, 5 B's and 2 C's. Other than that there isn't a whole lot to talk about, boring I know!
