This really is tough. I've been single for way to long, mainly due to work commitments. But this has now changed, I definitly have a work life balance (some 15 weeks holiday last year - I love it. LOL). I'd rather spend time at the beach in the summer than in hot kitchen (it's more Gordon Ramsey than Jamie Oliver). Been back in the UK for about 3years now, I kinda miss Dublin and go back occasionally - just for the craic.
