I recently returned to the UK after six years of uni/work in Vancouver, Canada, and am slowly reintegrating back into English life. I'm definitely well travelled - in the past two months alone, I've spent time in three different continents - but am always looking to explore more of the world with someone.
I'm easy going, have a lot of love, compassion, and good laughs to offer the right girl, and I think I have a bit of a romantic view of life, so to share that with someone would be great.
Films/storytelling/music are what drive me in life. I'm an aspiring writer/director who loves everything creative. I seem to experience moments in life such as, "Hey, wouldn't that be a great scene for a film!?"

most friends would say i have a friendly nnature and get on well with everyone. I am easy going and like to enjoy life to the max!
I like going to the pub with friends and have a chat and a good time. I also like getting a good movie and staying in with a bottle of wine. It depends on the mood i am in.
On a date i tend to prefer it in a quite surroundings as it is better to talk and get to know the other person better.
I like doing sport activities in my spare time things like climbing and absielig.
When at home i love to listen to music i find it the best way to relax after work or befor a night out. i like most things like rock and rnb but i also like soul music as i think it can be quite romantic.

Well, I don't smoke, I drink socially and I try to stay in shape. Ehm, I work part time at Waitrose, of course I don't plan on making a career out of it, no offense to anyone that would.
As I said above, I love my friends, without them I'd be lost, as would many people. I guess the reason I'm applying to singing up to this thing is, well, I wouldn't say I lack confidence but I'm certainly self conscious when approaching people.
Can't think of anything else to say, was just trying to use all the characters given, cause I'm 'cool'. Anyway, byes.

I'm open minded, sometimes shy, and enjoy letting my mind wander... I love music, especially Thomas Newman, Coldplay, Zero 7, Air, Sigur Ros, and even some Disco! I like watching films too, favourites being American Beauty, Shawshank Redemption and Donnie Darko. I like to be creative once in a while, from writing to games development to random philosophical musings... I did Maths & Philosophy at Warwick Uni, and now I'm working in the Games Industry.
I'm looking for someone intelligent and open-minded, with a good sense of humour. Someone who can enjoy spending an evening in having a meal, watching a film, and listening to music, just as much as going out to the cinema or a pub.

I'm steve a relatively normal, bloke, 39 years old so far although this changes about every 12 months or so for one reason or another. I'm 5"9 ish (6' on tip toes!!), slim build, stunning brown hair and both my own eyes.
I've got 3 children (1 girl and 2 boys) all of my own creation who live with their mum. I see them very regularly. they are the centre of my life (hope that doesn't sound to sad though!)
as for me i'm caring, sensitive, reliable, honest and hopefully funny at times.
I have the misfortune to be a Crystal Palace fan!! please don't hold that against me... in a positive way it shows that i am open to commitment and have a very good sense of humour!!
