I try and swim every day after work, to get the kinks out after the kind of day I usually have. But to truly de-stress it's the cliché of the candles lit everywhere, good red wine and very mellow music playing, windows open to get the night air, and curling up on my couch to end all couches, once it has you in its embrace there's no escaping! Or else a really good film, the kind that is so absorbing that you need the credits to come back to earth again. And of course, weaving throughout all scenarios is chocolate - just a little otherwise it's no longer a treat....

I'm a canadian bloke studying law at the university of Strathclyde. I'm pretty free spirited, wild, crazy and all of that stuff, but I am 27 so I think I've slowed down and matured a little over the last few years (or at least I like to think so). I've lived in a lot of places such as Australia, Tanzania, Japan, Thailand and now in Scotland....oh yeah and I worked on a cruise ship in the bahamas as an overpaid camp councilor for kids.
