Her voice can reach the upper levels of the stratosphere and her flexibility is undeniable. This, her second major label release after years of success as a French Canadian phenomenon, matches her trademark over-singing with overwrought love songs. "Love Can Move Mountains" is an inspirational number; "Beauty and the Beast", with Peabo Bryson, is a hit duet. She's at her most sentimental when she's down, as "Nothing Broken But My Heart" points out. With four producers and countless backing musicians, Dion's music suffers from over-indulgence of the worst kind here. --Rob O'Connor
