Hello! Well I'm Dan, I'm a 20 year old student from County Durham but I'm currently living in a shared house in Heaton, Newcastle as I'm a student at Northumbria University. I would describe myself as a "nice guy", yes, I realise that to many the fabled, "nice guy" is but a myth but there are a few of us still around. I still feel the need for chivalry, I'm always the one bringing my female housemates back when they're too drunk and I think a man should spoil his woman whenever he can. I guess more than anything I just want someone to be close to, someone who I can trust and talk to when needed. In exchange you'll get a smart dressed, quirky and caring guy. - Where are you originally from?Originally from Sunderland but spent most of my life growing up in Ferryhill in Durham. I'm now living in Newcastle as I'm a student at Northumbria Uni.
- Do you want to stay there?I'm pretty settled in Newcastle at the moment. Its an ideal student city.
- What is your occupation?I'm a business studies student at Northumbria uni.
- What are your future plans?Be rich? I really don't know, one of the reasons I chose my course is because its so wide reaching and it won't restrict my options when I graduate.

- PoliticsUnlike many my age I do have a keen interest in politics. I hold quite left wing, socialist views in the main, and as such no mainstream political party really reflects my views. I have a great dislike of conservatism and all it stands for and would never vote tory simply on a matter of principle.
