I'm a friendly outgoing person with a good sense of humour. I love rock music (and don't mind the odd bit of dance or pop) , being with my friends, my cats (Twinkle and Guinness), fast cars and motorbikes (I have a Cagiva Planet).
I'm well educated, have a decent job and my own home.

About me
- Where I liveI love living in Plymouth, moved here 13 years ago. I love that there's all the convenience of a City and so close to the beautiful countryside and coastline.
- Where are you originally from?Born and raised Dorset lass, which is where my family still live.
- Do you want to stay there?I love living here but never say never
- What is your occupation?I'm a transport planner... yes the speed cameras and humps are all my fault!!!
- What have you done so far?I've been doing this job for the last 9 years so that's pretty much all I've done since leaving Uni. Have recently got a Masters degree, that I did part time while still working.
- What are your future plans?Ahh the future, I suppose I just want to be happy!! I've spent a good part of the last few years concentrating on my career so now it's my personal life that takes precedent. I'd like to travel, I've just had my first taste of the US with a week in New York which I loved.
- Your perfect partnerCor blimey that's tricky! I'm not so fussed by looks, although if you happen to look like Rob Lowe I won't complain. I really want someone who's smart and funny, has a romantic side and enjoys life.
Stuff I like
- What are you interests/hobbies?Photography is probably my main hobby and I like to spend days walking round the countryside looking for that perfect image! I like a nice dinner or a night out with friends, a few drinks never goes amiss but I also like a night in with a film or maybe playing board games!
- MusicI love music and try to get to as many gigs as possible. I travel quite a lot to see the bands I like. I've already listed my favourite bands, I like mostly rock music but also listen to all sorts of other types.
- Your fav tv seriesAhh The West Wing, how I miss you so! I like anything that's well written and intelligent. I hate, with a passion, reality tv (it rots your brain).
- Your fav books/authorsI read all sorts of books, I particularly like sci-fi or crime books but, again, anything that's well written.
- What sort of movies do you like?Sci-fi, comedy, period drama.... as long as it's got a decent story I'm happy. I've also been known to indulge in the odd chick flick!
- Types of people you like?Easy-going, funny, smart, witty..... am I asking too much??
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Someone with an amazing personality, not particularly bothered by looks.
- FoodI'm a reasonable home cook (not masterchef but I do OK) and like to make a variety of traditional british food, italian, indian, chinese.. actually I'll have a go at almost anything! There aren't many things I don't like but I don't do fish or seafood.
- DrinksBeer (real ale), wine (red or white) or whiskey (a good single malt or a drop of JD if I'm out). (trying not to sound like an alcoholic is tricky)
- HolidaysI don't like beach holidays, I much prefer to be out and about seeing and doing things. Exploring cities, ruins and countryside is where I'm happiest.
- PetsI've got 2 cats and love all animals. I'm also a member of the local zoo.

- What's your favourite radio station ?Radio 1 but I mostly listen to cd's
- What's your favourite tv station ?They all have rubbish on at times, I like CSI and NCIS so Five is a pretty good choice but also Sky1 and Virgin1.
- What's your favourite drink?Real ale, JD, Sailor Jerry, red and white wine. I'm a tea drinker too, can't get through the day without it!
- What's your favourite food?There isn't much I don't like, don't do fish or seafood, anything that tastes of aniseed or celery.
My attitude
- MoneyI'm lucky enough to have a job that pays quite well but money isn't the most important thing.
- PoliticsI have a passing interest in politics and like political satire
