Hey there, thanks for looking at my profile. I've never joined a site like this before so please be kind to me.
I'm a vibrant, energetic and fun loving girl who enjoys life and is always up for a challenge. However I now work nights, so I don't get the chance to get out there and meet new people as much as I used to.
I have a whole lot of hobbies ranging from belly dance to cross stitch. So please feel free to ask me about them.
Please don't be intimidated. I really don't care what you look like, personality counts way more than looks in my opinion.

About me
- Where I liveI live in Upperthorpe, Sheffield. It's really quiet here even though I'm only a short walk away from the city centre. Everyone on my street is really nice and friendly. I've not lived here long so I don't know everyone too well, but I have met a lot of the neighbours briefly.
- Where are you originally from?I was born out in Heely/Sharrow, then moved out to Deepcar. When I left home with my parents I moved back to heely/sharrow before coming to Upperthorpe. Heely/Sharrow is a great area, there's so much ethnic diversity and new things to see and do, plus you're so close to everything, but it's a high crime area. Which wouldn't really bother me, except by crime I do mean murder, and that does bother me. Deepcar is a much quiter area with pretty much nothing to do. The people for the most part are insane, but it's a very beautiful area.
- Do you want to stay there?I would love to stay in Sheffield my entire life. I love Sheffield, although I'm not sure where in Sheffield I would like to put down roots. I do love upperthorpe, so yeah, I could stay here quite happily, although I'd need a house rather than renting a flat.
- What is your occupation?I monitor CCTV cameras in the private sector.
- What have you done so far?I have worked in Macdonalds. Horrible I know, but it was just to tide me through college...I left before I left college. Then I had a bar job, and people were WAY too friendly, so I left that. Then I worked in Primark till I finished college! But the people in charge were assholes and I finally told them where they could stick their job.
- What are your future plans?I plan on Buying my own house, although this means either being promoted a few times or buying with someone. I do plan on being promoted a few times so I am on a nice salary and don't have to worry about bills. I plan on going abroad a few times, seeing the world and walking the great wall of china for charity.
- Your perfect partnerSweet, sensitive and caring, but also able to take charge of a situation and make me feel safe and protected. I do like intelligent men and as such my male friends have always been geeks.

- What are you interests/hobbies?I run a cross stitch group I am learning belly dance I am really into mythology I like to draw although I'm still a beginner I like to write fiction I do model on occassion
- MusicI don't have any specific style of music. But if you go to bob fm I generally like everything they play. The radio station is in PA America though.
- What sort of movies do you like?I am an adrenalin junkie. Horror and action are big loves of mine. I do think Japanese horror movies are much better than western ones though and the west should never try and re-make japanese movies. It just doesn't work. I also really love kids movies. Chick flicks are fun sometimes but I rarely ever see them in the cinema, more like on a girls night in.
- Types of people you like?I like honest people with faults. I like people who know how to have fun without putting their heads in the gutter. I like people with open minds.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? I don't really think about looks too much. It really doesn't matter to me. However I'd be lying if I didn't say certain things are attractive. I like uniforms. Military and firemen especially. Although I do have bad experiences with military men. I like bad boy looks. Leather jackets, black bikes...probably really outdated...
- FoodI like pasta and meat. I hate veg and I have a really big sweet tooth. Frankie and Bennies is one of my favourite resturantes. My other favourite I still call Charlie Chalks because I have no idea of it's real name and my parents used to take me there since I was little and the childrens area has a mascot called Charlie Chalks. I like cooking, although I'm not exactly the best cook around. I like it when a man can cook for me, but it's not needed. I can cook to a degree and I like trying new things out. My man should have an open mind to food because I do make some wierd dishes. Food means a lot to me. I love to eat, but not the same thing over and over. I like different textures and colours.
- DrinksI am really not picky what I drink. I can drink anything from VK to Absynth. So long as there is no aniseed. I think drinking is fun, and when I drink I have a good time. Anything from playing drinking games to just dancing the night away. But I only drink now and then. Usually I'm pretty responsible.
- HolidaysWhen I lived with my parents I holidayed all over England Scotland and Wales. I loved it, I loved to visit castles and markets. But now I plan on going further afield. I would like to visit: China America Russia Prague Venice Disneyland Paris I am pretty adventurous and would like to do things such as feed sharks, swim with dolphins, learn to surf, rock climb, walk the great wall of china...
- PetsI have five rescued pets. Two guinea pigs named Dandylion and Skittles. Two french lop rabbits named Charm and Destiny. One cat named Mitzy. My dog still lives at my parents so I can't really call him mine any more.

My attitude
- Family lifeFamily is very important to me. I've grown up in a large, tight knit family. I still call my dad every day just to chat and say hi, my sister and I go shopping together and up until earlier in the year I still went to my grandmas house on a regular basis just to say hi how are you. I want a husband and I certainly want children. Not too many, two is a nice number. A boy and a girl. The general consensus is that I was born to be a mother and I am very maternal.
- Jobs&WorkingMy job is nice, I do enjoy it and I can go far in it, but it is not the be all and end all to life. If I won the lottery and never had to work again I would probably quit, but I would work part time in a charity store because I simply can't sit around doing nothing all day every day.
- MoneyMoney to me means the ability to afford the things I want in life. I would love to have loads of it, but I really don't care too much about scrimping and saving. It's not as important as friends and family.
- PoliticsPolitics is a load of crap. They're all liars.
